API usage data, server logs, and other operational and analytics data may be retained for extended periods (and, where it relates to the use and performance of the Services, potentially indefinitely) for security, operational, product-improvement, and business purposes, including measuring, analyzing, and reporting on usage of the Services.

We may retain and use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information that does not identify you indefinitely and without restriction, including for analytics, business reporting and metrics, and in connection with financing, investment, due diligence, or a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business or assets.

International Users

Our Services are operated in the United States. We store and process data using cloud infrastructure providers located in the United States. If you are accessing the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, where applicable), or another lawful transfer mechanism.
